A free mobile health clinic is available every Tuesday evening from 6:00pm – 9:00pm at the Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tamawhariua office.

This walk-in service offers free doctor and nurse consultations—no appointment or registration needed. Delivered by Ngai Te Rangi Iwi Trust, this outreach service provides holistic health and social support through a whānau-centred, community-based approach for people of all ages.

A qualified doctor and registered nurse are onsite to offer private, one-on-one consultations at no cost to you or your whānau.

What They Can Help With:

  • Prescribed medications

  • Blood pressure checks

  • Blood sugar (glucose) checks

  • General health and wellness support

  • Contraception advice and services

If you're unsure whether we can help—just come in and ask. Our friendly team is here to support you and your whānau.

Please Note:

  • HBU Health is not a GP practice and does not take patient enrolments.

  • This service is available to everyone—including tamariki, rangatahi, pakeke, and kaumātua.
