Nancy Thomas
The Attendance Support role is based within Katikati College and is focused on supporting students and whānau to improve school attendance and engagement. The role works alongside students, whānau, school staff and relevant support services to identify and address barriers that may be impacting regular attendance.
The aim is to provide early, practical and whānau-centered support, helping students overcome challenges, reconnect with learning, and build positive and consistent attendance patterns.
