CAYMhS

The Child, Adolescent, and Youth Mental Health Service (CAYMHS) is a Kaupapa Māori, holistic community-based service that supports tamariki and rangatahi up to the age of 18.

We work with young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges, including (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders (such as anorexia and bulimia), suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and issues related to alcohol and drug use.

Our service is confidential, culturally grounded, and focused on building resilience, strengthening identity, and enhancing wellbeing — empowering our young people to thrive.
