Administrator

My role as Administrator is to coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to organisation policies.

I manage agendas, appointments, phone calls, track stocks of office supplies and correspondence for the Operations Manager. Through these tasks and assisting my colleagues when necessary, I ensure the office is run effectively this enables our kaimahi the ability to best support our whānau, hapu and community. I work collaboratively and flexibly as the mahi arises.

I am the first point of contact for our organisation and as such I will ensure you receive the correct service for your needs which is complimented by our 3 pou (pillars) Pono, Tika and Aroha.

I love working within our organisation whereby our kaimahi who are ensuring our hapori (community) is not only well supported and looked after but where THEIR inspirations and goals can be achieved by working together collectively.
